MITH Battles Hosted by Koi Roi

The Money in the Hat Battle is a dance event that originated at the College inside the pyramids with the Get Funky club! Since then it’s grown to be one of Indianapolis most looked forward to events! Every other month now at 31Svn SDA!!! The MITH series are meant to encourage new dancers and veteran dancers to get over the fear wall and gain more confidence.

This event is brought to you by Koi Roi. Join the facebook group here:

MITH 8 was the first installment of the Money in the Hat battle after the Pyramids closed. This battle was a 2v2 lottery style battle where the partners were chosen by random. This ended up being a great event that partnered some kids with adults, and some members who may not have ever partnered together a chance to share the vibe together!

At the end of the night it was Sir Limitless and Flowbot who brought home the victory after a tie breaker vs Koi Roi and London Bridges!

Check out the final battle below!

MITH 9 was a valentines day Special! This battle brought a 1v1 Allstyles battle, and a Bonnie and Clyde battle that brought couples out!!

After a very stacked line up of competition from Chicago, to some of Indy’s most talented, it was Edge and Neji in the finals of the 1on1!

While the duo of Wong Chewy and Ashley took home first place in the Bonnie and Clyde division! The vibe was live as always at 31Svn SDA. Check out what went down below!

After a hard fought battle, it was the man himself, Koi Roi who came out victorious for the last MITH Battle to have happened at 31Svn SDA.

We will be seeing a return of the Money in the Hat battle in the near future. So be sure to keep an eye out yall!!!
