31Svn (3-1-7) Street Dance Academy believes in empowering students of all ages by using HipHop’s “In the now” Mentality and it’s core principles of Peace, Love, Unity, and having Fun to pass down their knowledge through the art of Street Dance.

Through our own experiences in HipHop culture, we have come to learn that the various styles of street dance and all the elements of HipHop carry life lessons to learned about patience, drive, dedication, and originality. We have found our voices through the art of this dance, and are here to help guide you in your journey from the foundations to the cyphers and battles.

HipHop Culture is one of the most popular subcultures of today and has influenced millions of people across the world. We believe in celebrating and passing down its original dance form, Breakin.

The crew of instructors he has assembled does a great job encouraging individuality, and respect for everyone in the community they are creating. The kids are getting great dance lessons. They are learning about dance culture. They are learning how to be good humans. It's all so inspiring! If your child is even slightly interested in dance, definitely try this place out!

Keegan 'Seoul' Loye is the real deal. Real talent, real ability to teach and exactly the type of teacher you want for your kids. He lives out his talent as a professional dancer, MC and everything else he does. He has mastered the craft of teaching and engaging our community. Seoul is an excellent role model who has an amazing ability to transfer his passion for breakdancing to others. He approaches each new move in a fun and simple way that allows my son and his peers to grasp and progress toward harder moves. We love 31svn ! my boys really enjoy all the awesome dance moves they learn and all the friends they have made. Seoul is a wonderful instructor and is excellent with children. the whole dance community is great i love the energy they bring and we feel like one big family! i would highly recommend 31svn!

This is really an amazing dance studio! Seoul is a wonderful dance teacher! He’s patient, kind, encouraging and really gifted at tailoring the instruction to the needs of the student. They offer private lessons and group classes. Wednesdays are easily my 5yo favorite days, because it’s dance night. The staff and parents were both welcoming when we first started and the entire experience has been great. Just sign up and try it, if you’re thinking about it, You won’t regret it!
